Veteran’s Day Freebies for Military & Veterans

Happy Veteran’s Day!

Today is Veteran’s Day and many businesses are honoring military and veterans by giving discounts and freebies.  A few are actually not on Veteran’s Day, so see each offer for details.

I already posted about Dollar General giving 11% off to military and veterans today.  That is usually one that I take advantage of.  I may  get the Little Caesars lunch today if I get out that way.  Be sure to have proof of service with you if you are going to take advantage of an offer.

Applebees – Offer my vary due to Covid.  Available on November 11, 2020 at participating Applebee’s® only. Beverages and gratuity not included. U.S. veterans and active duty military simply show proof of military service. Limit 1 meal per person. Dine-in only. Not valid with other coupons or discounts. Menu may vary.

Bar Louie –  Free craft burger or flatbread of your choice to all active or retired military.  *Valid on 11/11/20 for active and retired military. Must show valid ID to receive offer. Dine-in only

BJ’s Restaurant – current and prior military can get a free entree up to $14.95 and a free Dr Pepper beverage.  This offer has been expanded to take out.  Take out must use code VETERAN and show ID.   November 11.

Bob Evans – Free meal from select menu of 7 choices on November 11.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Dine in or take out.  Free for military and veterans.  Get a free order of 10 boneless wings + fries as a thanks on November 11.

Chili’s – Free meal from select menu on November 11 for military and veterans.

Cicis Pizza – Free adult buffet on November 11 for military and veterans.

Country Pride – Free meal.

Denny’s – Free build your own Grand Slam on November 11 for military and veterans.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit – Free pulled pork classic sandwich for veterans on November 11.

Dunkin – free donut of your choice.

Famous Daves – Free Georgia Pulled Pork sandwich plus a side for military.  Use code VETERAN if ordering online.  Must show ID.  Offer value up to $7.49.

Farmer Boys – Free Big Cheese (burger) on November 11.

Golden Corral – while they usually have one day for meals, they are changing it a bit this year.  Active duty and veterans can pick up a card for a free meal during the month of November.

Great Clips – Free hair cut or pick up a free hair cut card. Must be used by Dec 11.

Huddle House – Free MVP Platter.

Iron Skillet Restaurant – Free meal.

Krispy Kreme – free coffee and doughnut.

Little Caesars – free lunch combo between 11 am and 2 pm.

Logan’s Roadhouse – free meal from 3pm – 6 pm from select menu.

O’Charley’s Restaurant – free entree.

Outback Steakhouse – free Bloomin Onion and Coke.

Flying J – free coffee and breakfast item.  Must have their app.

Red Robin –  Starts the day AFTER Veteran’s Day.  For Red Robin Royalty members only.  FREE Tavern Double Burger with Steak Fries any time between 11/12 and 11/30 for Dine-in or To-Go.

Sheetz – free car wash, drink, and half a turkey sub.

Smashburger – free double classic Smashburger.

Sonny’s BBQ – free pork sandwich.

Starbucks – free tall hot brewed coffee.

Torchy’s Tacos – free taco and beverage from Veteran’s Day menu.

Wendy’s – free small breakfast combo  from 6:30 – 10:30 a.m.
