Walmart Valentine’s Day is at 90% … candy still at 50%.

Walmart has reduced their Valentine’s Day merchandise to 90% today!  I didn’t get much, but I did grab some gift bags and some Shopkins Valentine’s Day pencils!

These Shopkins Pencil Valentines were 24¢

The signs still said 75%, but everything I tried on this table scanned at 90%.
