Cottonelle and Scott all digital deal at Dollar General

Cottonelle is a great deal this week at Dollar General.

Combine an  instant savings deal (save $3 instantly for every $15 spent on Cottonelle, Scott, Viva and Kleenex)  and a $5/2 digital coupon.

Wendy bought (2) Packs of Cottonelle (24=48 rolls) for $12.50 each and a pack of Scott Paper towels for $5.50.

Since her total was at least  $30 ($30.50), $6 in instant savings deducted plus the $5/2 Cottonelle dq.

She paid $19.50 for all 3 items.

 

 

But you can add $5 worth of any participating items to get your total to $30 for the additional $3 instant savings.

Or you can buy just 2 packs of Cottonelle and  pay $17.

 

Or add on another $5 in Scott, Viva, kleenex or Cottonelle and an additional $3 in instant savings will deduct.

 

If you decide to wait til Saturday and combine with $5 off $25. Keep in mind, you need to be at $25 AFTER the instant savings deduct.

How to use digital coupons at Dollar General:

  • Go to the DG App or DG Coupons on their website and make an account with your email and phone number.
  • “Clip” the coupons to your account.
  • When making a purchase, enter your phone number into the pin pad while the cashier scans your items.
  • Once you have entered your phone number, the cashier can hit total and your digitals will deduct.

If using a $5 off $25 digital coupon, your total needs to be at least $25, BEFORE coupons but AFTER instant savings. Tax does not count toward the $25 total. Hand over any manufacturer paper coupons after digitals have applied.
If using a $5 off $25 paper coupon, have the cashier scan it prior to applying digital coupons. Then enter your phone number for digital coupons to apply. Last, hand over any manufacturer paper coupons.
**Scan items with the app to double check you have the digital coupon clipped and it is still attaching properly.**
